Shaver's Creek Under the Stars (and Planets)
Friday, October 11 from 6:30 - 8:30 PM

Volunteer Carolyn Muse will offer an indoor slide show that will showcase the well-known year-round and fall constellations in our local nighttime skies. She will then take everyone outdoors to identify the constellations and determine if any planets are among our stars.  

Bring a flashlight, dress for the weather and bring sturdy footwear.  If the weather is cloudy or rainy/stormy, the alternate date for this event is Saturday, October 12th from 6:30pm. to 8:30pm. The program is FREE to members, and $5.00/person for non-members. Thank you to our members for supporting public programs! This program is recommended for ages 8 and up.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds or exchanges. Shaver's Creek reserves the right to cancel the program for any circumstance. In the case of inclement weather, the alternate date will be Saturday, October 12.

Any online store orders placed from Friday, December 17 to Sunday, January 2, will not ship out until Monday, January 3.
